My validation method uses Lean UX, No-Code MPV and Low Code development methodologies that reduce the time and resources needed for product design and development.

Identify users

Make direct contact with your customers (or potential c.) and identify how they are currently dealing with the problem that your start-up aims to solve better, more effectively, etc.

NOTE
I am assuming that you already have an idea of what kind of problems your startup aims to solve, and who your users are. If not, you should probably do a design sprint (more info coming soon).

Define the problem

What is the perspective of your users on the (hypothetical) problem you have identified as crucial?

What other more specific issues have you not considered?

At this stage, I help you determine the design problems to be addressed with a discovery workshop (more info coming soon).

Prototype

Rapid prototyping is the most effective way to save development time, generate feedback and tackle problems as they arise.

Test and iterate

Thanks to the rapid prototyping phase, it is possible to iterate quickly directly on the basis of customer feedback.

Using prototyping software, we can create true interactive models with which we can precisely study user behaviour and modify the experience.

No-code/low code MVP

In order to speed up the delivery time, more and more companies are exploring no-code and low code development platforms to create a demo product that can be launched and tested without acquiring more costs.

With no-code (or low code) MVP we are able to create a real tangible product so that we can collect the first real data that we need to present the project to venture capital, kickstarters and potential investors.
